Define and deliver regional sales fundamentals and Business targets. Track promotion efficiency, ROI/cost-event analysis to ensure the optimal outcome for our in-market investments. Job Qualifications Expertise of operations at 1) Joint Business Planning (JBP) meetings with key customers and 2) the shopper-based design/key sales fundamental (counter location and size) to provide clear mentorship to Sales team to drive the best in-store execution. 5+ years of relevant experience in the mentioned industry. Deep understanding of commercial planning and processes. Expertise in retail promotion planning and execution to reflect in future planning.
