About the Role We are excited to invite candidates with US logistics experience to apply for our Track and Trace Specialist JR positions. We need at least 6 months of experience working in a Track and Trace role or similar, English B2 and availability to work onsite in Medellin. Qualifications Experience: 6 months in track and trace, freight logistics or similar in a US Company. We welcome junior candidates! Experience working in a US Company in the freight and logistics industry. Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail, with proficiency in data analysis tools and familiarity with freight management systems and Excel. Language: Proficiency in English (B2+ level). Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs & Sheets, Slack, Dialpad or VoIP phone systems, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and email management with templates. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Key Responsibilities Invoice Auditing: Review and verify freight invoices for truckload and LTL shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to agreed-upon rates and services. Operational Monitoring: Track and audit live shipment data to ensure operational compliance and accuracy in service delivery. Data Reconciliation: Reconcile shipment data with financial records to identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and charges. Reporting: Prepare and present audit reports, offering insights and recommendations for process improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and customer service teams to facilitate communication and address any audit-related issues. Compliance: Ensure that audits and operational activities are conducted in line with company policies and industry standards. Technology Utilization: Effectively use Google Docs & Sheets, Slack, Dialpad or VoIP phone systems, and HubSpot (or similar CRM) for data management and communication. Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to operational efficiency, along with other activities as required by the company. Why Join Us?
