As an Operations Support , you will be responsible for tracking and tracing shipments, coordinating dispatch, performing data entry, making and receiving calls, booking freight, handling administrative tasks, and managing documentation.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Track and Trace: Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Dispatch: Coordinate the dispatching of goods, ensuring efficient and timely distribution.
Data Entry: Accurately enter data related to shipments, deliveries, and other logistics activities.
Communication: Make and Receive Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to logistics operations.
Customer Service: Communicate with customers and carriers to provide updates and resolve issues.
Freight Booking and Administration: Book freight and manage administrative tasks associated with logistics and transportation.
Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation for shipments, including invoices, shipping documents, and compliance paperwork.

Minimum requirements: Studies: High School Degree is required .
Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related.
Other studies are also considered.
Experience: At least 6 months of experience working in logistics industry.
Language: Very good English skills.
B2+ or higher is required.
Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday.
