You make a difference. Your Role As part of the Total Rewards in Americas, the Total Rewards Expert is responsible for supporting the reward processes within the geography. The team of National Total Rewards Experts will support the National/Global Total Rewards Partners and HR colleagues across different countries to effectively provide Total Rewards products and manage Total Rewards data and systems. Your Responsibilities Support reward processes within the geography as Center of Excellence; Create daily requests related to Total Rewards analysis and job evaluations; Calculate short term incentivization payouts according to plan documents; Provide contractual documentation around Total Rewards products; Support international transfers and relocations; Ensure alignment with global standards and delivery model; Collaborate with National Total Rewards Partner; Propose improvements based on local needs and regulatory changes. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field; Solid financial background, including knowledge of legal, tax, and employment legislation; Experience in analytical roles in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or related areas within a complex global organization; English: Fluent (required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
