The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the SAP Adoption Services Center provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers. As CoE Senior Consultant for Transportation Management and Logistics Areas, you will analyze End to End Supply Chain Execution Process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks: Lead functional design validation workshops, identify risks and provide recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, system landscape and protection of investment. Support customer implementations, provide architectural guidance, and best practices for the business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills, provide solutions and deliver services in complex environments. Lead critical customer escalations and drive critical issues to resolution. Work as De-escalation Architects to identify top issues and create and execute action plans. Build expert knowledge and develop support services for new products/components like Machine Learning and IoT. Mandatory: 4 to 8+ years of SAP product Experience in one of the key areas such as SAP Transportation Management embedded in SAP S/4HANA or SAP SCM. Well-developed customer focus and problem solving. Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a highly dynamic environment. Outstanding presentation skills. Self-confident, communicative, and diplomatic character; strategic and analytical thinking. Team player, proactive networking attributes, results, and execution focused. Ready to travel 30% for All Americas Region. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer science or engineering. Language Skills: English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written. Spanish – Mandatory. Portuguese – Optional.
