Tier II Post-Sales Engineer at Palo Alto Networks Join our team at Palo Alto Networks as a Tier II Post-Sales Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
This position involves providing advanced technical support, managing high-end security solutions, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.



Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Palo Alto Networks solutions across varied customer environments. Achieve and maintain Palo Alto Networks certifications, including PCNSA (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator) and optional PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer), as part of your personal and professional development. Utilize strong analytical skills to gather data, conduct in-depth analysis, and propose solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives. Expertly manage and configure next-generation firewalls, ensuring robust security and performance. Provide technical guidance and support during post-sales stages, addressing any issues related to product functionality or performance. Collaborate closely with partners and Palo Alto Networks' technical team to resolve issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or post-sales role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. Strong technical foundation in managing and configuring next-generation firewalls; experience with Palo Alto Networks products is highly preferred. Certification in PCNSA and PCNSE (or similar); additional certifications in cybersecurity or network management (such as CISSP, CCNA, CCNP) are highly desirable. Knowledge of Cloud technologies is highly preferred. Bilingual capabilities to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. Comprehensive understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and the latest industry trends. Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 1 Vacante
