Descripción We are seeking a Tier 2 Technical/Customer Support professional to provide exceptional support to our customers through email, live chat, and phone. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, escalating, and solving customer concerns and system issues, while maintaining timeline expectations. The ideal candidate is incredibly curious and empathetic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience in a customer-facing role. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Support related role English fluency Familiarity with Slack and Zendesk Tech preferences include MacBook Air M2 or Windows Intel Core i5 with 8GB RAM and 15 Mbps internet We follow US Holidays, including MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day, Columbus Day, and New Year's Day.
