Telemedicine Specialist - Gastroenterology

Position: Telemedicine Gastroenterologist Location: Remote Contract Type: Independent Contractor Company: MHG Overview: MHG seeks a Gastroenterologist to provide expert remote consultations to patients dealing with gastrointestinal disorders.
This role involves diagnosing and managing a wide range of GI issues through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Offer virtual consultations for gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS, GERD, Crohn's disease, and ulcerative colitis.
Interpret diagnostic tests, including endoscopy results, lab work, and imaging studies.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide ongoing management of GI disorders.
Provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations to support treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Qualifications: Medical degree with specialization in Gastroenterology.
Valid medical license and board certification in Gastroenterology.
Experience with telemedicine or remote patient consultations is preferred.
Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
Proficiency in telemedicine technology and electronic health records.
