As a Sales/Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales by making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting the company's products or services. Your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets, build relationships with customers, and represent the company in a professional and persuasive manner. Job Responsibility Outbound Sales Calls : Make daily outbound calls to potential customers in the assigned market or territory. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, follow-ups, and referrals. Product Promotion : Present and explain the features and benefits of the company's products/services, tailored to customer needs. Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Customer Relationship Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and sales activities in the CRM system. Handling Objections : Address customer concerns and objections, offering suitable solutions to convert leads into sales. Cross-selling and Up-selling : Promote additional products or services where applicable to maximize revenue. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure a consistent customer experience. Reporting : Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and sales results to management. Educational Requirement Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus). Experience : 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles (preferably in a call center or sales environment). Language : Fluency in Spanish is required. English proficiency is an advantage, especially for international campaigns. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence potential customers. Sales Skills : Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and call center software. Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and remain driven in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience Requirement Experience in B2B sales or international markets . Knowledge of the Colombian market, culture, and local business environment. Familiarity with multichannel sales strategies (phone, email, social media).
