This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through product features, and ensuring prompt resolution of technical problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to technical inquiries via phone, providing timely and effective solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.Guide users through product features and provide step-by-step instructions for issue resolution.Document and update technical support processes and customer interactions in the ticketing system.Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or management as needed.RequirementsAcademic/TrainingMinimum Academic Training: High school diploma or equivalent.ExperienceAt least 3 years of experience in technical support or similar roles.Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and CRM/ticketing systems.Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic network configurations.Ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.Job DetailsType of Contract: Direct hire, indefinite period.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours.Work Modality: 1 day WFH, Bogota, Office Chapinero area.Benefits: Benefits as required by law.We are an international company focused on providing services and developing administrative, management, and technology solutions for businesses in the public and private sectors.
