Technical Recruiter

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the technology industry. Duties:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and technical roles.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Pay:
$20,000 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
