Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage with top technical talent through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
2. Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics.
3. Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role. Schedule and coordinate interviews,
providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
4. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to effectively advise on talent acquisition strategies. Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the Colombian market.
5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback. Represent the company's brand and values professionally to potential candidates.
6. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring. Implement and follow best practices in recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Who Are You?
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
2.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role with a focus on IT/technical positions.
3. Strong understanding of the technology landscape and technical roles, particularly in Colombia.
4. Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
