Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders. Organize and facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). Manage Jira processes, reporting, and dashboards for the engineering team. Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and sprint goals using the best tools and metrics. Remove impediments and blockers to optimize team performance. Facilitate collaboration across teams for unified project delivery. Coach the team on agile best practices, fostering self-organization and cross-functionality. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary. Ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Regularly communicate program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. 5+ years as a Scrum Master and Kanban expert in software development. Skills & Competencies: Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP), Jira, Trello, and more. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
