Job Description The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for leading studio technical operation teams to include Studio Support Specialist, Audio Specialist, and Video Specialist to ensure timely, efficient gaming floor project completions. Responsibilities Manage team, delegate tasks, share information within team and provide feedback to team; Manage and participate in the studio equipment build process, plan resources; Keep timelines for projects and delegated tasks; Organize and participate in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works; Evaluate suppliers and procure equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance; Participate in R&D and solution design process; Participate in new employees selection and training; Prepare and provide required reports, provide needed information to management and other departments; Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position; Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work. Management of Technical Operations team; Management of equipment installation, maintenance and repairs according to provided timelines and procedures; Ensuring uninterrupted work of studio technical equipment; Proper, high quality and timely execution of work duties; Careful work with the property of Company; The compliance and accuracy working with the provided information; The compliance of actions to internal regulations and instructions; Activities related to personnel safety. Qualifications Bachelor degree (preferably math, engineering, IT or management); At least C1 (Advanced user) level of English knowledge; High sense of responsibility; Project management and planning skills; Good judgement, logical thinker and detail oriented; Team leading skills and capabilities, two years of team management experience; At least two years' hands-on experience in IT, electronics or engineering field; The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks; Vendor management experience; Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment and techniques will be considered as an advantage.
