Brief Overview: As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices and drive technical excellence. Core Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from design to implementation. Make architectural and design decisions that align with business goals and technical standards. Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications. Facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment across teams. Lead the development of software solutions, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing innovative solutions to complex problems. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their applicability to our projects. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles. Proven experience in a technical leadership role, guiding teams and driving project success. Proficiency in (relevant programming languages/technologies, e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern development practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
