Job Summary: The Technical Junior Project Manager supports AI pilot projects, focusing on dissecting and clarifying project guidelines and acting as a key liaison between the Service Delivery and Operations teams. This role is integral to ensuring smooth project flow, translating technical requirements into actionable steps, and supporting the delivery team in executing AI initiatives. The Junior Project Manager assists in tracking project progress, managing communication between teams, and resolving any operational challenges that arise. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination, Support and Management: Assist in planning and executing AI pilot projects by breaking down guidelines and identifying critical requirements. Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery team to interpret and translate guidelines into clear, actionable tasks. Monitor project timelines and progress, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and schedules. Support project handoffs and transitions, ensuring all teams are aligned on project objectives and deliverables. Manage entire project within defined timelines. Monitor project progress and address any emerging issues. Communicate project updates, risks, and blockers to stakeholders effectively, ensuring transparency and quick resolution of challenges. Guideline Dissection and Clarification: Analyze and interpret AI project guidelines, identifying any ambiguities and ensuring clear understanding across teams. Assist in drafting and reviewing technical documentation, standardizing project guidelines for consistent application. Work with the Operations team to update and refine guidelines based on project outcomes and lessons learned. Work with stakeholders on training Operations team to assure guidelines are understood and implemented. Technical Support and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot project challenges and ensure solutions align with project objectives. Assist in testing project components to ensure quality and functionality align with project requirements. Escalate technical issues to senior team members as needed, ensuring timely resolution. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally with a focus on AI or technical projects. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and technical documentation. Coding experience for UI design. Skills: Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with technical project environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth team collaboration.
