Job Summary The instructor has to develop training contents for face-to-face and virtual sessions, in addition to teaching them. Main Activities: It is essential to have a clear and above average knowledge of how a vehicle works. Ability to communicate assertively with customers. Provide training in a logical, clear and easy-to-understand manner and in accordance with the norms and standards established by the client. Participate in certification processes, when necessary. Work with the Instructional Design team to develop content for virtual and/or face-to-face training. Study in depth the subjects to be worked on, the reality of the automotive market, dealerships and products in order to be able to discuss with the students with skill, criteria and propriety, relating the contents dealt with the student's daily life. Communicating with the customer, following their instructions and listening to their suggestions. Facilitate communication between GP Strategies and the client. Monitor and advise and resolve customer queries. Be able to manage tight schedules and deadlines. Be able to manage and organize daily data. Be able to adapt to short-term changes in organization, knowledge and work environment. Having the ability to quickly learn and analyze information. Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in post-sales or even technical knowledge. Experience working as an instructor. Knowledge of electric and hybrid vehicle technologies.
