The Coupa Pay Supplier Enablement Technical Consultant will be part of a team responsible for onboarding suppliers via technical methods to the Coupa platform. Coupa supports cXML and sFTP connections to supplier platforms - this role is critical in setting up and testing those connections on behalf of our Coupa buyers. Key Responsibilities: Assists all assigned suppliers in the completion of their enablement tasks, from the initial contact phase, through integration, and until the supplier begins transacting in Coupa with each buyer customer. Prioritizes strategic suppliers based on record information in the system. Assists all assigned suppliers in understanding the different options for onboarding and integration in Coupa. Comprehends the art of positioning the value proposition of transacting electronically through Coupa, and adjusts language and approach for the audience. Coordinates escalation of records to the Program Manager per defined process and ensures there is a prompt follow-up on supplier requests. Contributes to a positive team environment by working with team members to continually improve processes and best practices and embracing Coupa's core values. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience with cXML invoicing integration – highly experienced user. Excellent understanding of cXML Punchout. Microsoft Word - Advanced User. Microsoft Excel – Advanced User. English Language – Fluent (C1 or better). Customer facing experience and comfortable working directly with customers to provide updates and troubleshoot challenges. Create documentation outlining requirements for supplier enablement via technical methods. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience working in organizations undergoing rapid growth. Experience with the Coupa platform or similar B2B system and supporting supplier enablement.
