Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our growing team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that strategically communicates complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and the development team to create user-friendly and accurate technical documents that will be used by our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user-friendly technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and help documents. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and convert it into easy-to-understand and engaging content. Conduct research and interviews to collect and analyze technical data, and translate it into clear and concise documentation for non-technical audiences. Review and edit technical documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Collaborate with the design team to ensure that documentation aligns with the brand and design standards. Ensure that documentation is properly organized, categorized, and easily accessible to end-users. Continuously update and improve existing technical documentation based on user feedback and industry standards. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to enhance the quality and effectiveness of technical documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software/IT industry. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and publishing tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or MadCap Flare. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. A portfolio of writing samples is required. Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
