Are you passionate about writing? We are seeking a marketer who can understand and create content describing our highly technical work and team. Our team of developers, QA, business analysts, and designers must be accurately represented to our customers. These same team members hold information about their projects, which we need to document internally and produce collateral to share with customers externally.
In this role, you will contribute to gathering technical details and, based on your comfort with technology, fill in the blanks to create easy-to-understand content to promote Oktana and our team members. You will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our growth. You will collaborate with team members across LATAM and the U.S., reporting to our Head of Marketing.
You will:
Develop technical content, including customer stories, case studies, and profiles for our technical delivery team used as sales collateral to help place team members on projects.Spend a lot of time Googling to learn more about technologies our team members reference.Continue to grow your curiosity to learn about new technologies and Salesforce products that will enable you to write better content.Contribute to the Marketing team to promote more technical content on social media, our website, and through events such as webinars.Ensure technical content is translated into concise business-friendly content that Sales and Account Management can share with our customers.Follow Oktana brand guidelines and voice.Qualifications:
2-4 years of technical content marketing experience or experience creating content for high-tech companies.Experience in B2B or software industry.Native-level English skills, both written and spoken.Ability to translate technology into content that is easy to understand.Ability to understand analytics and define actions based on data.Desire to collaborate with a passionate team and own all aspects of growth.Bonus skills:
An understanding of the software development lifecycle.Experience with Salesforce.Familiarity with Google Analytics.Knowledge of SEO.Oktana is a custom software development company specializing in Salesforce technologies.
