Technical Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Technical Consultant Your role: Install and configure Clinical Informatics IT solutions: Advanced visualization (AV) application server, Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Provide remote support of solutions, taking ownership of customer relationships and acting as an advisor.
Validate prerequisites and deploy technical solutions in accordance with the project schedule.
You're the right fit if: Bachelor's, Master's, or Engineering degree in Computer Science.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT deployment and/or IT support (ideally in a hospital setting).
Excellent IT skills, team spirit, interpersonal skills, and pedagogy to provide the best service to our customers.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Knowledge of hospital workflow actors: HIS, RIS, PACS, and Modality team (third party - distributors).
Good skills in IT troubleshooting and logs analysis correlated to solution usage.
This role will be hybrid.
