As a Technical Consultant you will provide consultancy and technical guidance to customers. Define and deliver card product specifications based on customer requirements and manage a portfolio of clients through the product life cycle in a regional and complex environment. Responsibilities Provide Pre-sales support, including the analysis of the customer's requests in terms of cards and solutions. Understand the customer technical organization. Actively understand the customer's technical requirements and identify possible solutions based on Thales' product map. Define the customer technical requirements and specifications managed. Serve as the technical point of contact for customers. May oversee project management or engineering if no dedicated resource is assigned. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience working as a technical consultant in a relevant field (Smartcards, Embedded software, Telecom, or secure transactions). Fluent in Spanish and English (B2) .
