Job Description We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our technical and business teams. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the technical and business teams, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional a Business Process Analyst. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of understanding business requirements and translate them into technical specifications including process mapping, and flow charts, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks such as working with our development team to ensure that our products are built to meet our business requirements and support training users on system processes and applications. Job Responsibilities Requirements Analysis: Work with different project managers to develop the project scope and timeline. Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents. Review and analyze system specifications, including the features and functionalities that are most important to test. Business Process Mapping: Create user documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities, and use cases. Assist with maintaining and documenting systems. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures. Identify, quantify, and document business process improvements. Research and conduct shadowing sessions to identify the methods and resources needed for effective processes. Examine emerging business best practices and technological developments that can help automate and streamline processes to help businesses perform more efficiently. Testing and Quality: Acceptance Criteria: Define and specify the requirements that must be met for a solution to be considered acceptable to stakeholders, defining the data (inputs and outputs), quality attributes, and system functionalities necessary for the user to accept the system. Participate in design and testing activities and participate in system implementations. Perform data validation checks. Diligence in reviewing data to be input to the system. Identify, analyze, and document user interface issues. Training: Train users on system processes and applications. Qualifications English Proficiency Required: Full Professional Proficiency. 5+ years of work experience in a technical support role. Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, business, or a related field. Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems. Strong data-gathering and analysis skills. Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
