Responsibilities:

- Direct contact with agents and clients via chat and ticketing
- Meet support needs across all insurance technology platforms
- Answer incoming support tickets calls and chats
- Perform necessary research to answer policy holder questions

- Troubleshoot or escalate level 1 tickets and chats
- Compose business letters communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in tech support
