This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our data platform and maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our US-based colleagues and directly interact with our clients. You Can Expect To: Drive your career through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from Principals and Vice Presidents, and opportunities for advancement Oversee a small team responsible for the operational management of the data platform, focusing on maintaining data quality, handling user tickets, and ensuring the overall system reliability Manage relationships with clients in a variety of industries Collaborate closely with the data analytics team and external third parties to assimilate data into the data lake, manage new data sources, and adapt models as changes to data occur. Implement processes and procedures to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity, including data validation, cleansing, and enrichment Work with the data analytics team and external third parties to assimilate data from various sources into the data lake, ensuring proper integration and compatibility Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions that leverage Pariveda's capabilities to meet our clients' needs Use your knowledge of design principles and frameworks to perform and manage all aspects of projects throughout the SDLC including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings while adapting communication to varying audiences including high level stakeholders Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement Work within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in person Actively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering events We Look For: The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications: Full-stack development experience, SQL, DBT, Snowflake or equivalent technologies such as AWS Redshift Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with US-based stakeholders Fluency in English is required for effective communication with US-based colleagues and customers Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations Experience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices Current project leadership experience of technical teams Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring others helping them develop their careers Ability to become a trusted advisor by building and managing relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or comparable experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
