Amazon Web Services (AWS), a leader in cloud computing, is seeking a talented Partner Sales Manager responsible for both NOLA and SOLA to help revolutionize the way we build strong global services and drive successful joint customer engagements. Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS) AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. Role Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Driving alignment between AWS Global Services, our internal partner teams, our Account/Sales team, and our partners. Building and delivering our strategy of joint partner and global services offerings. Uncovering accounts and opportunities to pursue together. Building partner pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth, as well as overall end-customer adoption in line with our leadership principle of delivering results. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has: A business background that enables them to engage partners at all levels from individual sales contributors to CxO level. A partner-centric consulting services sales/business development background. A demonstrated ability to think big and strategically about business, product/service, and technical challenges. The ability to build and convey compelling value propositions at scale with multiple partners. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience. 5+ years of professional or military experience. Bachelor's degree. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level. Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
