WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING ENGLISH RESUMES Work model: hybrid / onsite at our offices in Bogota (Usaquen area) Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm Mission of the Position: The main objective of the position is to coordinate, train, manage strategies for fill rate and attraction of talents and monitoring of recruiters' KPIs.
Key Responsibilities: Mapping of in-demand talents.
Training in selection tools and strategies.
Management of University Agreements, and companies for candidate databases and participation in job fairs.
Management of strategies to attract talent.
Support in recruiting for critical and high-level profiles.
Follow up Recruiter Indicators / KPI´s Report.
Qualifications: Experience (in years): 5-year supervising recruitment teams.
Required Studies: Organizational Psychologist, Ing Human Resources, Business Administration Engineers.
Others: Recruitment and Selection Strategies, customer service, Recruitment 4.0, HeadHunting.
English Level: C1 at least.
