YOU'RE GOOD AT Leading the team of VIP Key Account managers for LATAM regions. Working closely with the Head of VIP & Events, VIP Regional Manager, and LATAM Commercial Director to create and implement VIP strategy across all LATAM regions. Following up and reporting on the results/challenges across the team. Achieving and reporting on the overall performance of the VIP team. Owning the VIP budget, targets, spend, and bonus costs. Collaborating with Product managers, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure a seamless integration of VIP customers for all LATAM regions. Collecting and reporting on VIP performance for all LATAM regions by analyzing data received from all VIP Key Account Managers in the team. Team management and all relevant actions. Being proactive, goal-oriented, and numbers-driven. Communicating at a native level in Spanish and English, both in speaking and writing. Having experience managing a portfolio of clients in a gambling, sports, entertainment, or digital environment. Possessing knowledge of VIP management, CRM, and campaigns. Being commercially driven with an appreciation for what drives revenue. Making proactive improvements to VIP communication and supporting product VIP KAMs in planning VIP campaigns. Being passionate about sports and casino. Exhibiting excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
