The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Team Lead - Microsoft 365 SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia | Hybrid How a day to day would look like in this role: Lead and support the team in the implementation and management of Microsoft 365-based solutions. Supervise and assign tasks related to the configuration and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring deadlines are met and work meets quality standards. Collaborate with the team to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in Microsoft 365 environments, always seeking effective and swift solutions. Develop a continuous learning environment by offering training sessions and opportunities for each team member to expand their technical and leadership skills. Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft 365 and evaluate how they can be implemented to improve user performance and efficiency. Provide support and mentorship on the efficient use of Microsoft 365 tools, tailoring solutions to the specific needs of each client or department. Generate reports on the performance of implemented solutions, share results with the team and the organization, and seek continuous improvements in the processes and tools used. What we need to see from you Profile: Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields, with 4 years of relevant experience in handling Office 365 and Microsoft 365 solutions. Required Skills: Experience in email migrations and architecture assignments. MFA governance, functional task execution, and resource, user, domain, and group management. Microsoft 365 administration (Infrastructure, Exchange, Security, Intune). Administration and maintenance of the Office 365 platform and ecosystem applications. SharePoint management in any type of installation. Server and email service administration. Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell to automate administrative tasks. Basic administration knowledge of Linux and Windows-based operating systems. Management Aspects: Ability to develop system, process, and technical design documentation. Document synthesis skills for preparing management documentation. Collaborate in the implementation and optimization of collaboration tools. Support/Resolve technical issues related to infrastructure.
