Responsibilities: Assess the English language level of all candidates prior to operational interviews. Utilize social media platforms and other online resources to source qualified candidates, ensuring a diverse talent pool. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, and conduct preliminary phone and video interviews to assess their suitability for the position. Coordinate and schedule phone and video interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are well informed and prepared. Collaborate with candidates to negotiate compensation packages, considering factors such as experience, skills, and market rates. Create and maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database, tracking relevant information such as contact details, recruiting channels, interview feedback, and candidate status. Leverage CRM software to manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term connections. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, utilizing various recruiting techniques such as direct search and networking. Maintain open and effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, ensuring a clear and transparent flow of information. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data tracking, reporting, and presentation purposes. Take a proactive approach to recruiting, anticipating hiring needs and developing innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
