The Sales Department has a role to drive the multi-functional strategy in order to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales market share and profit. As part of one of the world's best sales management programs, you will derive insights from data to craft winning selling propositions to a wide variety of customers, from retailers, distributors, and wholesalers. Main Responsibilities: Sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives. Manage and improve distribution, pricing, and volume growth. Develop and administrate productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell business plans where everybody wins. Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new department and category insights. Provide input into retailer category strategy. Job Qualifications: A college degree (Bachelor's, preferably with some business focus). No experience needed (Max 3 years of relevant experience). Leadership, ownership, and people management skills.
