Talent Management Associate.Rio de Janeiro.Posting Date: 06/19/2024.Deadline: 07/03/2024Role Title: Talent Management AssociateContract Type: RegularReporting To: Unit Manager, Learning and Leadership DevelopmentLocation: Bogota or Rio de JaneiroProgram/Tool/ Department/Unit Name: People and CultureTeam Name: Talent ManagementRole PurposeAs part of the newly formed Talent Management team, the Talent Management Associate is responsible for the design and execution of global, enterprise-wide onboarding of new staff (including ongoing design and enhancement of development interventions for new staff); for managing the LMS systems administration and training module management; learning and leadership cohort communications, engagement and coordination; vendor management regarding contracted work for talent management (as well as contract-related processes), as well as maintaining all materials on Karl (and other platforms) for the team.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ongoing design and management of the global, enterprise-wide onboarding program for all new starters, their managers, and global stakeholders.This includes strategy, ongoing design adjustments, development of learning materials for all dimensions of enterprise-wide onboarding.Manage LMS administration, insights and data; management of instructor-led and eLearning modules on the LMS; including supporting the implementation of a new LMS technology and the ongoing maintenance of learning curricula.Manage the development of eLearning modules.Contribute to the design, and independently manage vendors to successful creation, testing, upload, and marketing.Creation and processing all Talent Management contracts, SOWs and invoices; handle vendor queries, and troubleshoot operational issues.Drive improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency across contracting, onboarding, and internal talent-related processes.Develop communications, job aids, and other materials in various formats, including the team's Karl pages, in support of all Talent Management.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors, to manage the production of online and in-person meetings, workshops, training, and events.Manage learning and leadership cohort communications and coordination, including engagement with Internal Communications to create content calendars.Design surveys to gather feedback on onboarding and all learning paths/programs; analyze data and summarize findings to assess effectiveness of programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage the roster of executive coaches and provide insights on effectiveness (with the Unit Manager).Project managing team-level projects within Talent Management (that requires engagement across the organisation)People Responsibilities (Total Team/DRs) NoneKey metricsAccuracy and governance of all TM SoW, Contracts, and coaching trackersCompletion and recurring updates to all onboarding materials to ensure they reflect up-to-date organizational practicesResponse time and resolution of problemsKey internal relationshipsP&C, OGC, Administration Officers & EAKey external relationshipsOutside vendors re: SoW and Contracts, Wilson (RPO)Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential:Educated to a degree-level (or equivalent)Experience Essential:Experience of learning and development, talent management and/or organization development within a global organisation (adviser/officer level experience)Proficient prior experience working with Microsoft tools for work - Excel and PowerPoint (to an advanced level)Proven experience of managing onboarding strategy and design which has delivered material improvements to "speed to productivity" of new staffExperience with LMS or HRIS administration;
