As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EdgeUno, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our organization's growth and success. This dynamic and fast-paced position requires a motivated and tenacious individual capable of thriving in a candidate-driven market. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to offering positions to the best candidates. Additionally, you will be instrumental in promoting our employer brand, building a robust tech talent pipeline, and reducing our time-to-hire.

Core Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and determine the technical requirements for those roles. Develop and write compelling job descriptions tailored to attract high-quality candidates. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates and promote current job openings. Comprehensive Recruitment Process: Screen applicants to ensure they meet job requirements and possess the necessary technical competencies. Conduct interviews using a variety of methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions. Present the resumes of the most suitable candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process. Candidate Experience Management: Maintain communication with applicants, keeping them informed throughout the application process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates. Track all applicants and maintain accurate records of their progress through the recruitment process. Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline Development: Promote our employer brand through various channels to attract top tech talent. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the organization's current and future hiring needs. Recruitment Budget and Analytics: Forecast recruitment budgets and manage expenses effectively. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions. Requirements Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter. In-depth understanding of technology and technical skills. Proficiency in recruitment processes and platforms. Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level is a must). Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation. Experience in the cloud, hosting, data center, and/or telecommunications industry. Ensure that your resume is submitted in English, as resumes in other languages may not be considered for review.
