We are expanding and are excited to welcome a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a generalist profile to our HR team. In this role, 80% of your focus will be on recruitment for Colombia & Mexico, while the remaining time will allow you to work on generalist HR tasks. You will collaborate closely with the People team and work hand-in-hand with your teammate in Brazil. What are your responsibilities? HR support for North LatAm. End-to-end Sourcing and Recruitment process. Coordinate the Welcome Kit for new minders. Onboarding and offboarding. Organize team building and engagement activities. Manage internal communications (anniversaries, birthdays, promotions, company news). Coordinate social security registration and health insurance for new hires. Share monthly updates with the payroll outsourcing company. Collaborate closely with your counterpart in Brazil to align recruitment strategies and share best practices across regions. What are the job requirements of this role? Degree in Human Resources or Psychology (required). 5+ years of experience in a similar role (required). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (required). Intermediate/advanced English (required). Conversational Portuguese (highly desirable). Detail-oriented and highly organized.
