As a Talent Acquisition & Development Analyst:
- You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of talent acquisition processes within Organization Units, Functions, Markets, etc.
- You will lead the process communication, deployment, and continual improvements.
- You will provide direction and coaching to employees/leaders, as well as ensuring deadlines are met.
- You will own summary of outcomes, and after action review in order to have best in class insights and reporting.
Job Qualifications
Desired skills
- 3+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of the Workday platform.
- intermediate English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills to build strong relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
- Ability to coordinate and manage recruitment events, such as university fairs.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A leadership style that is marked by empathy, inclusion and a people-first mindset.
- Ability to assess recruiting capacity based on historic and real-time data. Strong data analytics skills.
