Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Remote, Contract)

Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will act as a strategic partner for candidates, recruiters, and interviewers in achieving our hiring goals.

Your role will be critical in helping ensure candidates have a positive interviewing experience. This role is fully remote and a three-month contract.

What will you do?

Schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers using GoodTime, a scheduling automation system

Deliver a remarkable candidate experience

Direct incoming recruiting-related communications with recruiter, interviewers and candidates in a timely manner

Connect with the team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and process accuracy

Qualifications


Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and work ethic when dealing with a high volume.

Must live in Bogota, Columbia.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English

2+ years of recruiting coordination experience.

Are extremely organized and proactive with follow-ups

Have strong communication and professional writing skills

Have a proven track record of success in previous roles / internships

Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Coordination

Use of either GoodTime or Greenhouse is a bonus
