Create and maintain up to date job descriptions and interview guides for all the Departments.
Ensure that all candidates have completed all tests, background check, technical requirements, and other aspects of the position.
Align tests results with in-depth interview to generate a structured feedback and career path.
Ensure that the new hire attrition rate and retention rate remain under the company's standards.
Escalate critical cases and requisition updates to TA Management team and hiring manager.
Support the benchmarking process on the industry best practices, trends, and recruitment technologies.
Prepares and coordinates the onboarding process of the new hire onto the account.
Requirements: B2 high or C1 english level.
Professional in psychology, business administration or related areas.
Solid TA Knowledge or HR related 2-3 years' experience.
Minimum 1-year leading mass recruitment teams.
Have clear and effective communication skills via phone and email.
Persistence, focus and creativity.
