The Talent Acquisition Associate will be working closely with recruiters on day-to-day tasks such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating interviews, performing background checks, and other related activities. This role is heavy on administrative work and requires someone who is detail-oriented. The ideal candidate would also have prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Responsibilities: Source candidates using a variety of sources including LinkedIn, local job boards, universities, etc. Schedule interviews Coordinate and manage interview schedules, meetings between hiring managers and candidates, and facilitate phone/video calls Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify top candidates and schedule them for interviews Provide operational support during the entire recruiting lifecycle; including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding Manage multiple positions simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders Support recruiters with end-to-end testing coordination, including setting up tests, providing instructions, and monitoring progress Monitor social media channels and employee referrals for potential candidates Create reports on candidate pipeline Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred 1+ years of recruiting experience Overall administrative/back-office experience required Proficient knowledge of English (both spoken and written) Good organization skills and ability to multitask Attention to detail and data accuracy Strong analytical abilities Infobip employees are people with diverse backgrounds, characteristics, and experiences that share the same passion and talent that helps us achieve our mission.
