We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Operations Associate to join our team.
This remote/telecommute position focuses primarily (80%) on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent using platforms such as Go High Level, Indeed, and CareerPlug.
The remaining 20% involves providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of team operations.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (80%): Develop and manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract high-quality candidates.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.Utilize tools like Go High Level, Indeed, and CareerPlug for applicant tracking and candidate engagement.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and role requirements.Build and maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates through outreach and networking.Administrative Support (20%): Assist with data entry, interview scheduling, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and administrative tasks as needed.Provide operational support, including managing emails, organizing documents, and performing ad hoc tasks to ensure seamless workflows.Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment and administrative support, preferably in a remote/telecommute setting.Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Go High Level, Indeed, CareerPlug, or similar tools.Excellent organizational and communication skills.English proficiency (B2 to C1 level) – strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Tech-savvy with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.Why Join Us?
