Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Analyst responsible for managing activities related to identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to efficiently and effectively meet the staffing needs of our internal clients. This role will primarily handle Level 2 and Level 3 positions; however, depending on business needs, roles of varying levels of complexity may also be assigned. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: Location: Medellin, Colombia. What you will be doing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for potential candidates. Assist in the development of talent channels and the execution of tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns. Find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopt alternative search techniques. Work with recruiters to help optimize candidate sourcing efforts. Implement modern hiring/recruitment methods. Design, implement, and execute talent search strategies and initiatives with measurable outcomes. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to determine job requirements and engage with suitable candidates. Manage the company's referral structure and measure the conversion rates of referrals into qualified candidates. Interact with potential candidates using various communication channels, including social media, emails, GitHub, etc. Research relevant forums and job boards to identify specific profiles and potential candidates. Create a talent pool of candidates that is aligned with the business needs. Responsibilities: Proficiency in up-to-date recruitment techniques. Experience in social media management and job sourcing. Intermediate knowledge of conducting interviews. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Google and its applications. Experience managing ATS. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. Design, implement, and execute talent search strategies and initiatives with measurable results. Develop a comprehensive and detailed talent portfolio based on tactical research, referrals, and talent search campaigns. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to determine job requirements and engage with suitable candidates. Manage the company's referral structure and measure the conversion rates of candidates into qualified applicants. Interact with potential candidates using various communication channels, including social media, emails, GitHub, etc. Research relevant job boards and forums to identify specific profiles and potential candidates. Comply with the processes defined under the standardized recruitment documentation (Policies, SOP, Instructions, and others related to the QMS). Attend activities, meetings, and events coordinated by your team and/or the company that requires your participation. Attend meetings or events organized by project leaders, clients, or external entities that require your participation. Maintain constant communication with colleagues and project leaders. Attend in-person or virtual meetings, training sessions, and activities scheduled by the company that contribute to your job performance and professional development. Participate when necessary in on-site client visits or meetings requested by the Account Manager or your direct leader. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience in social media management and job sourcing. Initial knowledge of conducting interviews. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Google and its applications. Experience managing ATS. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. Basic education and experience required: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, and/or Administrative or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment. English level B2 or higher. Nice to have: Knowledge of AI tools. Experience in agile methodologies. Soft skills: Honesty. Transparency. Innovation.
