You'll maintain recruitment trackers, prepare materials, and support the team's hiring goals, ensuring smooth operations.

Your Work at a Glance Your Daily Impact: Key Responsibilities Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and manage interview schedules for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, including calendar invitations and confirmations.Video Call Management: Organize and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
Assist with recording and ensuring seamless technical execution.Candidate Communication: Serve as a primary contact for interview logistics, updates, and feedback, ensuring timely responses.Data and Tracker Management: Maintain recruitment trackers, monitor candidate pipelines, and document accurate information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Administrative Support: Prepare and organize interview materials, assist with candidate background checks, and draft recruitment reports.General Team Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment-related projects and initiatives.RequirementsYour Success Toolkit: Skills and Qualifications Needed English proficiency at B2-C1 level.High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in recruitment or HR.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and video conferencing tools.Familiarity with ATS and recruitment databases is an advantage.What You'll Love About Working Here 5 days work week20 vacation days in totalFully-customized Emapta laptop and peripheralsIndefinite term type contractDirect exposure to our clientsDiverse and supportive work environmentJoin Emapta Latam and contribute to our legacy of transforming global outsourcing.
