Source top passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements, and working closely with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process. Maintain all pertinent application and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System. Perfil buscado (h/m) We are looking for a psychology or business administration professional with a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience. It is important to have a clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process and a proven track record of successfully recruiting for high volume positions. Most have an Advance English level (B2). Qué Ofrecemos We offer the opportunity to be part of a multinational company with a dynamic environment. Initially, the contract will be temporary.
