- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment - Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood - Source top passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media. - Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements, and working closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process. - Maintain all pertinent application and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System. We are looking for a psychology or business administration professional with a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience. It is important to have a clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process and a proven track record of successfully recruiting for high volume positions. Most have Advance English level (B2). We offer the opportunity to be part of a multinational company with a dynamic environment. Initially, the contract will be temporary.
