Job Description As a Systems Support Specialist , you will configure, deploy, maintain, and support software solutions in a dynamic technology environment.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll oversee property management software, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless onboarding, setup, and system maintenance, while providing technical support to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite Term Type Contract Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (EST) Work setup: Onsite, Bogotá Your Daily Tasks Set up, configure, maintain, and become a subject matter expert (SME) for the following systems: Microsoft technologies, including O365 administration Hardware procurement Hotel PMS systems (Apaleo) Channel manager and GDS connections (Siteminder) Guest journey and communications (HubSpot) Pre-check systems (Autohost) Internet booking engine (Detco) Revenue solutions (Flyr) Housekeeping software (Breezeway) OTA configuration (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) Credit card processing systems (Adyen) Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for all systems, manage user additions, moves, and changes, and conduct software audits according to established schedules.
Manage projects, sequence tasks, and troubleshoot issues with listed systems, leveraging a creative problem-solving mindset across multiple property setups and existing operations.
Lead systems onboarding and training, coordinating site and unit builds with other departments, and creating internal training documentation for the team.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation to ensure quality assurance.
Maintain and create detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, best practices, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, support, and sales) to align project goals and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Proven experience in configuring systems .
Excellent independent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Prior experience with software such as O365 , Apaleo , HubSpot , and Breezeway .
Previous experience with hotel, multi-family, or property management software is preferred.
Experience with hospitality software systems .
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated expertise in software implementation, configuration, or project management.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
