Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our People Tech team.
This role is responsible for providing data integration support, implementing system enhancements, and ensuring the seamless execution of integrations across various business functions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with functional teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain business requirements, as well as drive successful integrations for Workday users.
This role plays a key part in delivering integrated solutions that enhance employee engagement through seamless data and SSO experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Integration Management: Identify opportunities for integration, collaborate with technical teams to create APIs, and manage the integration process to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
Report Development: Develop management reports and presentations using data from multiple sources.
Present findings in a clear, actionable format.
Communication and Analysis: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, proactively analyze integration reports, and highlight key trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration with HRIS Teams: Work with the global HRIS team to implement global standards and define regional standards, ensuring consistency and quality in integration practices.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot integration issues, configuration problems, and reporting challenges.
Work with functional experts to produce formal configuration documentation and resolve issues.
Configuration and Testing: Configure Workday integration solutions to meet business requirements, following the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Develop and execute unit and system integration test plans to ensure quality.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify value-add projects, work autonomously to complete them, and continually look to improve practices within the team.
System Releases and Impact Analysis: Analyze software releases to assess the impact of new features on integrations and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to internal teams on integration solutions and related processes.
Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
This is a hybrid position.
Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.
Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.
Masters, MBA, JD, MD) • Experience: ? 5+ years of experience working with Workday HR Management Systems and integrations.
? Expertise in Workday cloud connect integrations, Workday connector concepts, RaaS, SOAP, and REST APIs.
? Experience with Workday PRISM or Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Technical Skills: ? Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR Operations (HCM), Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Mobility.
? Proven experience with inbound and outbound EIB integrations, Workday Studio, calculated fields, and advanced custom reports.
? Familiarity with Workday API documentation and technical design documentation for Workday integrations.
? Experience with web technologies, XML, XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, REST Web Services.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: ? Strong proficiency in reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
? Ability to work with large datasets, manipulate and analyze data, and present findings clearly.
• Project Management & Problem-Solving: ? Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent problem identification, analysis, and resolution skills.
? Ability to prioritize and manage tasks autonomously.
• Communication Skills: ? Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
? Experience in delivering training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Education: ? Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
A Master's degree or advanced certifications is a plus.

• Workday Configuration Expertise: Experience with Workday functional configurations, particularly in HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management modules.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve data anomalies, and apply critical thinking to deliver effective solutions.
