Overview Quorum Software is seeking a System Administrator to join the team and assist in global IT operations. They will be expected to be the first line of response to all tickets, to identify issues, and support over 1600 internal corporate users both in-person and remotely. Responsibilities Primary administration for Okta administration for the Corporate tenant. Provide support for onboarding and offboarding of users, managing roles, permissions, and identity lifecycle workflows in Okta. General administration support within Office 365. Queue management. Troubleshooting issues related to onboarding and termination of employees. Vendor management. Inventory management. Addressing any other daily unique issues that arise. This person must be able to resolve tickets within Jira in a high-volume capacity and able to go onsite 5 days a week. And other duties as assigned. Requirements 5+ years of IT systems support experience in a high-volume environment. Strong Okta multi-tenant administration background (Adding and updating users within the tenant, assigning admin roles, configuring Identity Providers, verifying email domains, etc.). Ability to manage and automate user provisioning and lifecycle management. Proven experience in managing Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services. Strong O365 administration background (navigate through licensing, mail tracing, adding users to distribution groups, etc.). Basic troubleshooting Citrix VDI and VMWare support. Break-fix troubleshooting experience (Lenovo/Dell workstations). Strong Active Directory experience (security permissions, adding and deleting users, etc.). Experience with Azure Active Directory. Experience working with a ticketing system (Jira Service Management). Expert level communication skills and ability to work on a team. Experience with vendor management, procurement, inventory management. The ideal candidate will convey critical thinking skills and the ability to work alongside a team effectively. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills System admin background working with servers, data center, etc. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
