About the role As an Associate within the Survey Delivery & Innovation team, your role is to partner with our clients to understand their quantitative B2B insights needs and to translate their insights requirements into best-in-class surveys - advising them on asking the right questions; programming the survey, conducting quality control on survey responses, visualizing the outputs and providing key results takeaways.
We're looking for passionate candidates who have a can-do attitude and eagerness to make our B2B Surveys product and team succeed.
In the role you will be working on multiple client projects at once and will quickly develop core skills in terms of critical thinking, team work, time management & prioritization.
Key responsibilities will include: Partner with the Client Service Team account managers to help clients scope survey questions, advise on survey best practices and ensure the highest level of service is delivered end-to-end.
Support the core Client Service Team to ensure quality delivery in terms of survey programming and top of the line visualizations (dashboards and story-telling based reports).
Develop proprietary methodologies and insights to showcase Dialectica's differentiated capabilities to our clients, as well as providing commercial performance output for our product.
Actively work with the Product team on developing new functionalities needed for survey respondent optimization and client analysis efficiencies. Requirements Our future Dialectica team member has: 1-3 years of work experience, ideally with 1-2 years of relevant experience in market research or related fields.
Experience programming surveys from scratch within survey tools such as Forsta, Qualtrics, QuestionPro, etc.
is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power Bi or DisplayR is a plus.
Experience working with XML, Python or CSS coding is a plus. Academic achievement gained in any undergraduate field such as business, statistics, engineering preferred (Bachelor's degree or higher).
Professional working proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
