With a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction, the company is seeking a key team member to streamline operations and enhance client relationships.
Job Description As a Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist, you'll be the linchpin in our client communication and subcontractor management efforts.
Your role will be crucial in coordinating services, managing client inquiries, and maintaining our extensive subcontractor database.
You'll handle high-volume calls, both inbound and outbound, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the company's growth while developing your skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from potential clients, providing exceptional customer service Build and maintain a comprehensive subcontractor database using a 10-criteria spreadsheet Make up to 70 outbound calls daily to subcontractors, coordinating services and availability Serve as the primary liaison between clients and subcontractors, arranging services efficiently Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests via phone and email Assist in identifying and vetting new subcontractors across various locations and specialties Update and manage subcontractor information, including rates, availability, and performance Contribute to the company's growth by efficiently managing client requests and subcontractor relationships Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential Strong work ethic with a track record of consistent performance Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle high-volume phone interactions Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management Sharp attention to detail and robust organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Adaptability to take on additional administrative tasks as the business expands Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair services is a plus Requirements Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential Strong work ethic with a track record of consistent performance Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle high-volume phone interactions Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management Sharp attention to detail and robust organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Adaptability to take on additional administrative tasks as the business expands Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction Basic understanding of property maintenance and repair services is a plus
