Hours : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am - 6 : 00pm, Saturdays from 9 : 00am - 11 : 00am from home if necessary.
What will be your goal?
You will be an active part of the support and engineering team, becoming familiar with customer needs, specifications, design objectives, development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance.
What requirements must you meet?
Professional training in systems, computing, telecommunications or related fields.
Knowledge of computer security.
Knowledge and experience in logical networks (Networking, Firewalls, Networks in general).
Knowledge and experience in Windows operating systems (W11 and lower, Windows Server), Linux, Servers in general.
Certifiable experience in technical support, help desk or similar.
That you are passionate about technology.
That you have command of Intermediate English.
Performance evaluation.
Understanding of registration systems and tools.
It is a plus that you have an American Visa.
