Job Location: Providencia, Jalisco Summary: Responsible for managing the US Amazon drop ship program primarily through master data management.
The role will develop, analyze, and share data within multiple ERP systems, ensuring items are set up correctly, and effectively communicate with both internal and external cross-functional teams to complete objectives by leading initiatives with stakeholders to address opportunity areas.
In addition to item setup, the role requires validating and executing corrections daily to ensure sales orders, purchase orders, shipments, and all other transactions are processed correctly.
Key Responsibilities for this role: Manage item setup for the Amazon Summer Ship program in D365 (THX ERP system) and all item updates, including but not limited to pricing, IPIP, item conversions from Each to Case, etc.
Cross-check master data item setup in multiple systems including Amazon's Vendor Central and Green Rabbit to ensure it matches D365.
Monitor receipt files, coordinate, and resolve issues related to purchase orders and advanced ship notices.
Ensure receipt files are posting correctly, orders are being closed out, and there are no failed postings.
Document all processes, data flow, and changes made.
Develop, monitor, and communicate reporting from multiple platforms, including the Amazon Drop Ship Vendor and multiple ERP systems (D365 and SAP), while researching discrepancies and escalating when needed.
Monitor inventory levels and transactions in D365 to keep Green Rabbit and D365 warehouses in sync.
Coordinate and collaborate across Green Rabbit, D365, Supply Chain, and Summer Ship Operational Finance as needed.
Monitor inventory adjustment files and inventory reconciliation.
Process daily inventory adjustments from Green Rabbit in D365.
Correct data, address issues/discrepancies, and escalate as necessary.
Create weekly reporting based on new adjustment reason codes to allow for better auditing of adjustment types.
Assess and drive continuous improvement for demand planning systems and processes.
Coordinate and collaborate across Green Rabbit, D365, Supply Chain, and Summer Ship Operational Finance.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding KPIs presentation across teams involved to identify discrepancies in processes.
Communicate identified issues in a timely manner with direct stakeholders and managers.
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to streamline processes.
Ensure processes are executed correctly by peers in activities that interact with own responsibilities.
Lead communication between Green Rabbit, D365 IS, Supply Chain, and Summer Ship Operational Finance for all process changes.
Identify and document system changes impacting D365, including inventory, sales orders, adjustment journals, advanced ship notices, purchase orders, and transfer orders with Green Rabbit.
Lead quality assurance testing and pre-summer ship season testing between D365 and Green Rabbit partner on any changes, enhancements, upgrades, and new items.
Research, dispute, and develop corrective action steps to resolve fines, fees, invalid shortage claims, and operational incremental costs.
Education: Bachelor's in supply chain, MIS, or a similar degree.
English 100% proficiency.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Master Data.
Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain.
Experience working with large data sets.
Knowledge of SAP System and D365 (ERP systems) is desirable.
Demonstrated knowledge in the use of MS Office, especially in Excel at an advanced level.
